Specific details support the ideas and clarify the purpose. Details are chosen to help the listener visualize concrete images. Examples are used to clarify ideas and connect the listener.
Well-defined introduction and conclusion; logical sequence from beginning to end; ideas flow; and transitions are logical. Response to the feedback tool indicates that the audience was connected and engaged in thinking. Presenter responds and adjusts to non-verbal feedback of audience e.g. smiles, nods, leaning forward, etc. Presenter conveys enthusiasm and commitment. Speaker maintains eye contact.
