Approval is requested of actions taken by the Human Resource Department based on recommendations made by supervisors.

Administration requests award of the following bids:

Regulation 4510-R, Internet Acceptable Use Agreement, has been revised and is included for information.

Administration recommends approval of the following contracts:

5. Anybody's Auto-Healthy Schools


G. Request to Declare Surplus

Administration also recommends the list of auction items be declared surplus in preparation for the annual district auction on September 21, 2013.

 
H. Employee Retention Incentive Payment

Administration recommends approval of the payment of the 2013 Employee Retention Incentive Payments to qualifying employees of the district as determined by Senate Enrolled Act 45, Section 330 Employee Compensation of the 2013 Legislative Session Laws and in accordance with guidance provided by the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE).

 
I. Requests for Donation
Administration recommends approval of requests for donation from Boys and Girls Club of Campbell County, John Paul II Catholic School, Gillette College, AVA Community Art Center, and Personal Frontiers.  
J. Isolation
Administration recommends approval of isolation applications from Guadalupe Garcia, Shawn Acord, and Justin and Heather Edwards.
